　　京都府久美浜の木下酒造で働くイギリス人杜氏のフィリップ・ハーパー氏は、日々日本酒造りに励んでいる。一方、日本酒に関する本を数多く執筆するアメリカ人ジャーナリストのジョン・ゴントナー氏は、ワークショップを通して日本酒の魅力を世界の人々に発信し続けてきた。岩手にある南部美人・五代目蔵元の久慈浩介氏は、自ら海外へ営業をかける。さらに久慈氏は、東日本大震災の際の自粛ムードの中で、YouTubeでメッセージを発信したときの思いを語る。
