Oscar nominee Kenneth Branagh (Henry V) and Oscar winner Emma Thompson (Howards End*) give dazzling dual-role performances in this supernatural-tinged romantic murder mystery. Mike Church (Branagh) is a L.A. gumshoe with a knack for tossing off wisecracks and tracking down missing persons. 剧情简介
　　麦克（肯尼思·布拉纳 Kenneth Branagh 饰）是一名私家侦探，一日，一位失去了记忆的女子（艾玛·汤普森 Emma Thompson 饰）向他求助，希望能够通过他的帮助找回自己的身份。在催眠大师富兰克林（德里克·雅各比 Derek Jacobi 饰）的催眠之中，女子得知了自己前世的姓名——玛格丽特。
